SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your use of the AltIndex SMS stock alert service ("SMS Service"). By opting in to receive text messages from AltIndex, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Service Description

AltIndex provides automated text message alerts containing stock market insights, including but not limited to: alternative data signals, Reddit trending stocks, AI-scored stock picks, price breakout alerts, and new article notifications. Messages may also include sponsored content from investor relations partners, which will be clearly labeled.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your phone number and submitting the signup form on altindex.com, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from AltIndex at the phone number you provided. You will receive a confirmation message asking you to reply YES to activate your subscription (dual opt-in).

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to the SMS Service to use altindex.com or purchase any product or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per week depending on market activity and alert triggers. Sponsored/IR campaign messages are sent on an occasional basis.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. AltIndex does not charge for the SMS Service, but your mobile carrier may charge for each text message you send or receive. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of the SMS Service at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive alerts. You may also contact us at info@altindex.com to request removal.

6. Help

For help with the SMS Service, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@altindex.com.

7. Supported Carriers

The SMS Service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your phone number and associated data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

9. Content Disclaimer

The SMS Service provides informational content only. Nothing in any text message constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. See our full disclaimer on the Terms of Use page.

Some messages may contain sponsored content from investor relations partners. Sponsored messages will be clearly identified. AltIndex may receive compensation for sponsored messages. Individual disclaimers will be available on the linked landing page.

10. Changes to SMS Terms

AltIndex reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Continued use of the SMS Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via text message or on altindex.com.
