How It Works Every day, our algorithms analyze a vast range of signals from thousands of publicly traded companies. Our goal is to forecast future price movements and performance, leveraging data that spans from fundamental indicators like revenue and EBITDA to technical analysis tools such as price averages and RSI. We also incorporate leading alternative data insights, including web traffic, job postings, app downloads, social media activity, employee outlook, etc.
By analyzing and synthesizing this information, we identify companies that are either underperforming or outperforming. This analysis results in our algorithm generating an AI score for the company's and it's stock price. A high score suggests a buy signal, whereas a lower score indicates a sell signal. The stocks with highest and lowest AI scores are picked and presented on the AI stock picks page.
As part of the stock pick is a detailed explanation of the stock's AI score. This explanation outlines various influencing factors such as changes in social media followings, job postings, financial metrics, forum sentiments, employee satisfaction etc. Additionally, a target price is set with a minimum investment horizon of six months. The conviction level for each pick is also provided, indicating the strength and reliability of the data backing the AI score.
Results Our approach has proven effective, with hundreds of AI stock picks generated to date. The majority of these picks have yielded positive returns, averaging about 25% over a 12-month period.
