These terms are used to inform visitors regarding the data content on AltIndex.com (provided by AltIndex LLC), registration data, access to AltIndex.com and the policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Site.

If you choose to use the Site, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to these terms. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service.

We value your trust in providing your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All that said, we will never spam you.

If we believe you are abusing the Site in any way, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your user account and access to the Site.

Investing in stocks involve risk of loss of capital. The information provided on AltIndex.com is for general informational purposes only. All information on the Site is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the Site. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL ALTINDEX LLC HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

IV. Paid Products or Services

As part of your use of the Site, AltIndex.com may limit free access to users and offer paid products or services. We have an open cancellation process, meaning customers can cancel at any time. However, please be aware that we have a no refund policy. Once a payment is made, it is final. If you wish to cancel your subscription or any paid services, you can do so by updating your settings or contacting our support team. Despite the cancellation, no refunds will be issued for any previous payments.

XI. Third-Party Services, Other Websites and Content

The Site may provide links or access to other websites, apps, products or services provided by third-party service providers (“Third-Party Services”) when you visit the Site or use the Service.
Third-Party Services are not reviewed, controlled, examined, sponsored, or endorsed by the Site and the Site is not responsible for the information, advertising, products, resources or other material of any Third-Party Services or any link contained in Third-Party Services. Your use of any such Third-Party Services is at your own risk.

XII. Use of Cookies

The Site utilizes different technologies to collect, store, and aggregate data about website usage. We may use electronic tags called “cookies” to help me understand and analyze use of the Site. Information about which pages have been accessed and for how long, the country the user accesses the Site from, and certain technical information regarding the user’s computer and operating systems, such as user Internet protocol address, domain name and browser, etc are recorded and stored.
